I got this at walmart, along with one Sony xplode 12" sub, and a ventilated enclosure, and it's hitting really hard, Its bumping harder and louder than the TWO 10's I had before, and they were JL AUDIO 10WO's hooked to a Kenwood 1000 Watt amp! I will admit that the JL's and kenwood amp sounded cleaner and more pure but not by much... The Sony sub sounds really clean and deep... I have the sub bridged, so it's running at 4 ohms, I read some specs at sonicelectronics.com and apparently the amp runs at 300 WATTS RMS BRIDGED at 4 ohms, which is how I have it connected. It also did not heat up too bad and it never goes into protection. Sony is a good brand, if your not competing and you just want a system that bumps hard as heck, and is affordable, than this amp will do the job... I recommend the Sony sub woofer as well, the Sony Xplod XS-GTX12, with a ventilated enclosure(speaker box)...
