I was very disappointed with this purchase. The amp is a great amp, however the advertisement says it comes with the bass remote. It does NOT! I repeat, no bass remote comes with this amp, despite the numerous places on the ad that says it does. I contacted the company who sold me the amp and they said it was not supposed to come with one. So, Why does the ad say it does, in several places? It even has a picture of the bass remote with text under it saying it is included. Discount Jungle says it is Amazon's fault. They said they couldn't do ANYTHING for me except for me to return it. But, they said they would contact Amazon right away and fix the ad. Well, it's still not fixed! I had to order the bass remote from some other vendor and I missed the day I took off from work to install this because the remote was missing. Very poor form!!!
